Carol (Grandma) had me at hello. I moved to Maplelake from Illinois in 1995. The first time I walked in the liquor store she greeted me asked me who are you and after that I was part of her family. The day I walked in to get boxes to move to Georgia she hugged me when I came for the last load. What an amazing Mom you had. She will be remembered fondly.

Carole was my neighbor for several years. She was always friendly, ready to smile, and either laughing or about to laugh. She was caring and compassionate, wise and funny as heck. I always enjoyed chatting with her, and cherished our friendship. My heart goes out to the family. I know how much you all loved her.

Nick, We feel so blessed to have had you as her neighbor. She enjoyed your company, envied your flowers, loved your kids. Mom talked of you often, always with a smile. She truly appreciated you.
Thank you so much for being so good to her.
