    Larry R. Larson, age 66, of Buffalo, died July 3, 2016 at Lakeside Oasis Hospice at Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo.

    Memorial Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Buffalo United Methodist Church in Buffalo with Pastor Bill Reinhart officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  The Buffalo American Legion Post 270 will provide military honors.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.

    Larry Richard Larson was born October 6, 1949 in St. Louis Park to Lyle and Violet (Haglund) Larson.  He graduated from Wayzata High School with the Class of 1967.  Larry served his country in Vietnam with the U.S. Army.  On September 16, 1971 he was united in marriage to Kazuko Shimabuku in Okinawa, Japan.  Larry worked for 38 years with Tennant Company in Golden Valley, retiring in 2009.  He was a member of the Buffalo United Methodist Church and the Buffalo American Legion Post 270.  Larry enjoyed outdoor activities and spending time with his grandchildren.

    He is survived by his wife Kazuko “Connie” of Buffalo; sons Frank (Maria) of Metairie, LA, Patrick of Annandale and Jamie (Kristina) of Fridley; six grandchildren Christopher, Sophia, Olivia, Gabriella, Khloe and Kaiya; and brothers Dave (Lydia) of Lakeside, AZ and Steve (Laurie) of Maple Grove.  He is preceded in death by his parents Lyle and Violet Larson; and siblings Rick and Jeff.
