Judith Ann Francis

Rev. Judith A. Francis, age 80, of Annandale, died Monday, October 12, 2020 at the St. Benedict's Community in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2020 at Pleasant View Cemetery, Annandale with Rev. Dave Nelson officiating.

Judith Ann Francis was born February 15, 1940 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She grew up in Minneapolis, where she graduated from Central High School. On June 25, 1966, Judith was united in marriage to Stephen K. Francis at Salem Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. They made their home in Minneapolis, and were blessed with two children. At the age of 40, Judith began her college education at Augsburg, followed by seminary school at Northwestern. For 35+ years, Judith served as a minister for Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in St. Louis Park. In her spare time, Judith enjoyed watching television and spending time with her grandchildren.

Judith is survived by her husband of 54 years, Stephen of Annandale; children, Jacqueline Larson of Mound and Erick (Jennifer) Francis of Plymouth; 5 grandchildren, William, Sarah, Benjamin, Katie, and Michael; and nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara.
