Gregory Michael Thompson, age 55, of Hillman, died Sunday, April 19, 2020 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Private Memorial Mass of Christian Burial for immediate family members will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Annandale with Fr. Andrew Stuve as Celebrant. Private burial was held at Woodlawn Cemetery. Gregory's services will be webcast for extended family members and friends. Gregory Michael Thompson was born September 11, 1964 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Jareld and Judith (Bissonnette) Thompson. Greg grew up in the Twin Cities and graduated from Irondale High School in New Brighton. He continued his education at Century College in White Bear Lake. Greg worked for Wells Fargo. He was blessed with the ability to build anything he set his mind to. Greg enjoyed fishing, boating, water skiing, deer hunting and hanging out with his dog Herman.

Greg is survived by his parents, Jareld and Judith of Willow River; daughter, Abigail Thompson of Roseville, CA; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, friends, and colleagues. He was preceded in death by his twin brothers, Jeffrey and Joseph Thompson; grandparents, Louis and Pearl Bissonnette and Floyd and Floretta Thompson; and cousin, Cindy Rauschendorfer Jacobson.
