Andrea M. Juetten, age 83, of St. Cloud, formerly of Annandale, died Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at St. Benedict's Senior Community in St. Cloud.
Private services will be held.
Andrea Mary Leonard was born August 7, 1938 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to John Paul and Margaret (Buhta) Leonard. She grew up in Richfield and attended school at Holy Angels Academy, graduating in 1956. Following her graduation, she went to work for Western Union. While attending Sturgis, Andrea was named Black Hills Rally Queen in 1958. On September 16, 1961 she was united in marriage to Andrew Juetten. They made their home in Maple Lake, before moving to the farm, where they raised their children. Upon retirement, they moved to Sugar Lake where they enjoyed life on the lake. They eventually moved to the Southbrook Golf Course. They lived there until their health decline and moved into St. Benedict's Senior Community in St. Cloud. Andrea was a book enthusiast. She loved to read and be a part of her Buffalo book club. She also took an interest in crocheting and sewing. Above all, Andrea treasured the time she was able to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Andrea is survived by her children, Cynthia Poirier (Marvin Olson) of Darwin, Christopher (Gloria) of Clearwater, Daniel (Rochelle) of Rosemont, and Jenifer (Keith) Christensen of St. Cloud; grandchildren, Samantha, Joseph, Casey, Zachary, Ryan, and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Jaxxon, Remi, Emma, and Bentley; sister, Michelle (Robert) Bailey of Crystal; and other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Andy.
Andrea's grandchildren will serve as urn bearers.
