Warren C. Triplett, age 75, of Annandale died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the Annandale United Methodist Church with Pastor Ruth Hograbe officiating.  Burial will follow at Pleasantview Cemetery, Annandale.  Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Monday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the service, Tuesday, at the church.

Warren Curtis Triplett was born December 17, 1939 in Howard Lake to Irwin and Florence (Hankel) Triplett.  He graduated from Annandale High School with the Class of 1957.  Warren enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1957; he was stationed in Germany until his honorable discharge in 1960.  On June 24, 1960, he was united in marriage to Elsa Friedel Kupper in Prum, Germany.  Warren worked as an international representative for the United Auto Workers for over 25 years, retiring in 1995.  He was a member of the Deadwood, SD VFW Post 5969, Northfield, MN American Legion Post 84 and the United Auto Workers Local 125.  Warren enjoyed gardening, golfing and model cars.

He is survived by his wife Elsa; daughter & her husband Linda & Jeff Goodwin of Monticello; six grandchildren Jason, Candice, Kyle, Kristina, Brian and Michael; seven great grandchildren Chase, Owen, Melanie, Lydia, Tosh, Van and Allissa; brother & his wife Douglas & Shirley Triplett of Annandale; son-in-law & his wife Wayne & Lisa Tomes of Annandale; sisters-in-law Monika M ü ller & her husband Dieter of Munich, Germany and Loni Kupper of Aachen, Germany; and many nieces and nephews.  Warren is preceded in death by his parents Irwin & Florence Triplett; daughter Karen Tomes; and brother in law Reinard Kupper.

The pallbearers will be Kyle and Jeff Goodwin, Michael Tomes, Darwin Hadtrath, Bill Carpentier and Patrick Novacek.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
