Vivian A. Henry, age 88, of Annandale, died Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Good Samaritan Society in Howard Lake.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Annandale with visitation one hour prior to the service. Rev. Todd Nelsen will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
Vivian Alice Johnson was born in Cottonwood County to Arthur and Alice (Peterson) Johnson on July 27, 1937. She graduated from Mountain Lake High School with the Class of 1955 and continued her education at Mankato Commercial College. On August 14, 1961, she was united in marriage to Robert Henry in Sioux Falls, SD. Vivian worked for Napco and General Mills as a typist, before beginning a career spanning over 30 years with Miller Davis Office Products, retiring as a manager.
A faithful member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Vivian embodied the spirit of service and kindness. She found joy in playing cards, bird watching, cooking meals for her family, and in fulfilling her role as the family chauffeur. Vivian lived a life filled with love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family and community. She will be remembered as a gentle spirit, a loving mother, and a steadfast friend.
She is survived by her son, Jeffery Henry of New Hope; son-in-law, Todd Kiecker; two granddaughters, Kristina and Amanda; and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Alice Johnson; husband, Robert Henry; daughter, Linda Kiecker; and brother, Vernon Johnson.
