Obituary

Tracy Jo Johnson, age 52, of Annandale, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday August 22, 2015.

A Celebration Honoring Tracy's Life will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue throughout the day on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Montrose Community Center, 200 Center Ave. S. Montrose, Minnesota. Memorials are preferred to the fibromyalgia organization, The American Fibromyalgia Syndrome Association, www.afsafund.org.

Tracy Jo Johnson was born January 29, 1963 in Hemet, California to Ronald and Jacquie (Snider) Brannan. Tracy resided in California until the age of 10 when she moved with her family to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Tracy's family then became stationed in Los Cruses, New Mexico and then Virginia Beach, Virginia. It was in Virginia Beach, that Tracy met Thomas Johnson. They were married on November 19, 1981 in Norfolk, Virginia. They continued to make their home their until 1989. After, Tom's discharge from the Navy, they moved their family to Fort Wayne, Indiana. In 1992, they moved to Minnesota, where they have resided since. Tracy was a caregiver at heart, whether it be to her own family, or the extended family and number of patients she got to work with.  Tracy enjoyed the ocean, collecting knick-knacks, and lighthouses. Above all, Tracy treasured the time she was able to spend with her family, especially her children and her adoring grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Tom of Annandale; children, Travis (Kate Fee) West of West St. Paul, Heather West of Hopkins, Nicole (Eddie) Andreoff of Buffalo, and Bill (Jill Boeke) of Montrose; 9 grandchildren, Tavis, Trey, Tyrin, Shyann, Shawn, Silas, Myles, Kayla, and Olivia, as well as many other children she considered family; mother, Jacquie Leathers of Annandale; siblings, Tara (Bryan) Benson of Brunswick, Maine and Thomas (Catherine) Brannan of Chesapeake, Virginia; and many other family members and friends. Tracy is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Brannan and grandmother, Bernice Clark.
