Mr. Jerry Scheiber, age 64, of Maple Lake died Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 23, 2004 at St. Timothy`s Catholic Church, Maple Lake with Father Mark Huberty officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday and 8:00-10:00 a.m. Monday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. There will be a prayer service 5:00 p.m. Sunday.

Thomas Jerome `Jerry` Scheiber was born March 18, 1939 in Winsted to Tom and Doris (Farris) Scheiber. He served in the U.S. Army from 1957-1959 and than in the U.S. Air Force from 1961-1965. Jerry Married Mary Heiser October 29, 1960. He lived in Maple Lake most of his life where he was a route salesman for Jude Candy & Tobacco. For the past several years he has been a driver for Functional Industry, Buffalo. He was a member of St. Timothy`s Catholic Church, Maple Lake, Father O`Brien`s Council Knights of Columbus # 3613, Maple Lake and Annandale, and Maple Lake American Legion Post #131. Jerry loved his family, sports, and visiting with friends.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Mary of Maple Lake; sons, Terry (Monica) of Maple Lake, Bob (Vicky) of Faribault, Ron (Lindsay) of Maple Lake, and Mike (Mary) of Maple Lake; sisters, Mary (Maurice) Jindrich of Maple Lake and Chris (Jim) Spence of Annandale; brothers, David (Jenny) of Becker and Dale (Barb) of Albany; eight grandchildren. His parents preceded him in death.

Pallbearers will be Tom Scheiber, Mary Jindrich, John Spence, Briana Scheiber, Kevin Heiser, Cindy Beerkircher, Frankie Attaway, and Shawn Heiser. Music for the funeral provided by Krista Elsenpeter.
