Terry Robert Ophus, age 78, of Annandale, formerly of Burnsville, died Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Park View Care Center in Buffalo, Minnesota.

His loving family will hold a private ceremony.

Terry is survived by his wife, Carol; brothers, Robert and Corey (Chris), and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Fern.
