Obituary
Suzanne F. Eckerman, age 69, of Annandale died Friday, January 31, 2014 at her home.
Funeral Liturgy will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Fr. Victor Valencia as the Celebrant. Visitation will be held 4-7 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service, both at the funeral chapel. A remembrance service will be held 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel.
Suzanne Frances Eckerman was born October 16, 1944 in Minneapolis to Herbert and MaryJane (Hodges) Jasperson. Sue graduated from Richfield High School with the Class of 1962. On May 1, 1962, she was united in marriage to Jerald Eckerman. Suzi enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cross stitching, cooking, baking, cleaning and reading. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she was an excellent listener and caretaker to them all.
She is survived by her husband Jerry of Annandale; children & their spouses Cynthia & Kurt Gohman of Jeffers, Thomas & Paula of Sauk Rapids, Mary Kay & Jerry Rahn of Burtrum, Robert & Heidi of Clearwater and Michelle & Joe Jaschke of Annandale; mother Mary Jasperson; brothers James & Sheila Jasperson of Apple Valley and Joe Jasperson of Richfield; 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father.
The pallbearers will be Aaron, Chris, Anthony, Coty and Andrew Eckerman and Nicholas Rahn. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
