Stanley F. Kozlak, age 75, of Annandale died Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the Annandale Care Center after a battle with esophagus cancer.

Rite of Committal will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2017 at Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery near Little Falls. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.

Stanley Francis Kozlak was born May 19. 1941 in Minneapolis to Frank and Nellie (Worwa) Kozlak. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War; he was honorably discharged as a First Lieutenant. Stan was a Parish Priest at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery and at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Annandale. Stan enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends.

He is survived many family and friends.
