Sheila J. Ehlert, age 63, of Buffalo went to be with Jesus on Friday, April 23, 2010 at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, Maple Lake with Fr. Michael Izen officiating. Burial will follow at St. Timothy's Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday with a prayer service 7 p.m. at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake.
Sheila Joan Ehlert was born April 1, 1947 at Cook to Frank and Helen (Winning) Ohmann. She graduated from St. Francis High School in Little Falls and married Marvin Ehlert on June 29, 1968 in Greenwald. She was a medical lab technician working at Allina Medical in Buffalo and was a member of the Clinical Pathology Society & St. Timothy's Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, hunting and the outdoors.
She is survived by her husband Marvin of Buffalo, children Mark Ehlert of St. Paul, Stacey Ehlert of Buffalo, Michael Ehlert (Michelle) of Oakdale, brothers & sisters Leon (Bernice) Ohmann of Prior Lake, Sharon Kahlert of Half Moon Bay, CA, Lewis (Ginger) Ohmann of Woodbury, Arthur Ohmann of Orr, Natheline Lutkevich of Hot Springs, AR, and Jean Padgett of Tower. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Duane Ohmann & Brother Patrick Ohmann OSF, and sisters Ruth Holenko & Yvette Grigal.
The pallbearers Shawn & Scott Davis, Mark & Mike Ehlert, Paul & David Ohmann. The music for the service will be provided by Sarah Goelz and Krista Elsenpeter Tarbox. The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Maple Lake.
