Scott A. Gunderson, age 44, of Annandale, MN, formerly of Texas City, TX, died Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at his home.

A private scattering ceremony will be held in Texas to place his remains into the Gulf of Mexico.

Scott Andrew Gunderson was born December 23, 1979, in Texas City, Texas to George and Flora (Spencer) Gunderson. He grew up in Texas City, living their until moving to Port Isabel, TX in 2007. Shortly after moving to Port Isabel, Scott moved to a number of locations prior to settling in Annandale, MN.

Scott was a true sports fanatic. His love for football, hockey, baseball, and basketball was unmatched. The only thing better than sports, was enjoying them with his kids. Scott will forever be remembered for his vibrant spirit. He will be deeply missed. May he rest in peace.

He is survived by his children, Aleena Gunderson, Wyatt Gunderson, and Taylor Gunderson Gandy; bonus kids, Nevaeh Halverson and Elyanna Logeais; parents, Flora and George Gunderson of Port Isabel, TX; brother, Jason Gunderson of Montgomery, TX; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
