Sandra L. Haug, age 78, of St. Cloud, died Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Country Manor in Sartell, Minnesota. A brief committal service will be held 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Annandale. Sandra Lee Pettis was born on June 4, 1945, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Walter and Darlene (Gibbs) Pettis. She grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from Jefferson High School. She started her family in Minneapolis, later moving to South Haven as her family grew. Sandra found great fulfillment in her work at Learning Tree, where she wholeheartedly gave her time and energy to shaping young minds. She treasured the time she spent with her family, especially doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sandra also had a special interest in horses. In quieter times, she would find solace in a book, painting, or word-find puzzle. Sandra is survived by her children, Robert Williams of St. Cloud, Laura Pettis of Clearwater, and Ricky (Katie) Haug of Annandale; 5 grandchildren, Matthew Williams, Kayla Severson, AnnMarie Des Marais, Shelby Grossinger, and Aiden Straw; 4 great-grandchildren, Kira, Amelia, Delaney, and Braxtyn; siblings, Darwin Pettis, Judy (Leon) Lasley, Dale (Kathy) Pettis, Ricky Pettis, and Nancy (Ron) Rosenberger. She was preceeded in death by her parents; and siblings, Delwin, Delores, and Alonda Pettis.
