Obituary
Sandra L. Ashwill, age 53, of Cokato died at her home Monday, November 5, 2007 with her family at her side.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 9, 2007 at Grace Lutheran Church, 17872 35th St NW, South Haven. Rev. Michael Nelson will officiate and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
Sandra Lee Ashwill was born September 29, 1954 in Minneapolis to Carl and Grace (Ekre) Kleven. She married Dale Ashwill on August 27, 1977 in Maple Lake. Sandy worked for Hutchinson Technology in Plymouth for 10 years, retiring in June of 2007. She is a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Sandy enjoyed knitting, sewing, cooking, reading and walking; but what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family.
Sandy is survived by her husband of 30 years, Dale; son, Kyle and his wife, Beth of Cokato; daughter, Karissa Kasella and her husband, John of Royalton; granddaughter, Amanda Ashwill; brother, Greg Kleven of Hopkins; and sister, Nancy Bratvold and her husband, Bob of East Grand Forks. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
