Richard W. Savarese, age 61, of Plymouth, died Saturday, July 11, 2015 at his home.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Pastor Timothy Savarese officiating.  Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service, Thursday, both at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel.

Richard William Savarese was born September 20, 1953 in Long Island, New York.  He graduated from Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Rich worked for the past 24 years at Kurt Manufacturing in Fridley.  He enjoyed golfing, bowling, cheering on the Minnesota Twins and spending time with his friends.  The most important thing in Richard's life was the time he spent with his grandchildren.

Rich is survived by his children Michelle (Jason) Neutz of Annandale and Michael (Sara) Savarese of Pahrump, NV; grandchildren Abigail, Zachary, Jackson and Noah; mother JoAnn Savarese of Golden Valley; sister Norma Wright of Buffalo; brothers Timothy (Susan) Savarese of Ham Lake and Christopher Savarese of Minneapolis; and nieces & nephews Deanne, Jerrod, Patrick, Nicholas, Adam, Erin and Kevin; and ex-spouse Sandy Nordberg. He is preceded in death by his father William Savarese and niece Jessica Wright.

The pallbearers will be Michael Wiggins, Bruce Forbes, Richard Jeske, Adam Wright, Nicholas Wright and Kevin Savarese.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
