Obituary
Mrs. Phyllis A. Thompson, age 71, of 13967 49th Ave., South Haven died Friday, August 15, 2003 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2003 at St. John`s Lutheran Church, Kimball with Rev. Dave Milz officiating. Burial will follow in Concordia Lutheran Cemetery, Fair Haven. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Kimball and one hour prior to services at the church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Phyllis Ann Thompson was born April 12, 1932 at Dodge Center to Raymond and Ella (Franklin) Feeder. She married Dwain A. Thompson December 14, 1951 in Kimball and he preceded her in death on November 12, 1988. She lived most of her lifetime in the Fair Haven area where she was a homemaker and member of St. John`s Lutheran Church. She enjoyed her grandchildren, flower garden, and for the past 10 years being a foster grandparent at Bendix Elementary School, Annandale.
She is survived by her two children, Scott Thompson and his wife, Judy of South Haven, Stacy Fudali of Blaine; five grandchildren, Heidi (John) Achartz of Duluth, Bryan Thompson of St. Cloud, Chris Fudali of Fair Haven, Brandon & Danielle Fudali of Blaine; and two great grandchildren, Calib & Daphne Achartz. Her husband, Dwain preceded her in death.
The pallbearers will be Mike & Dan DeWitte, Bill & Tom Neumann, Richard Maurer, and Walter Looman. The honorary pallbearers will be Phyllis` grandchildren.
The arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Kimball.
