Phyllis J. Madsen, age 76, of Annandale died January 13, 2008 at her home.
Phyllis Jane Madsen was born on March 30, 1931 to Oliver and Elise (Seller) Winkelman.
She is survived by her children, Keith Madsen, Jamie Pesta and Russell (Jamie) Madsen all of Annandale, Cynthia (Tom) Zander of Maple Lake and Kathleen Madsen of Monticello; 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Earl Madsen; grandchild, Joseph Zander; sisters, Dorothy, Stevabelle and Kathleen; and brothers, Wayne, James, Russell and Kenneth.
No Services will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Annandale.
