Patrick "Pat" Robasse, age 66, of Cold Spring, formerly of Annandale, died unexpectedly on May 2, 2026, in Cold Spring, MN, from complications with lung cancer.

Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 p.m. with a Remembrance Service at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Annandale. Pastor Mike Loomis will officiate. A Celebration of Pat's Life will be held on August 15, 2026, time and place are pending. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Global Smile Foundation, USA.

Patrick Charles Robasse was born on November 2, 1959, in Buffalo to Lawrence and Georgiana (Provo) Robasse. He lived in Buffalo as a young boy, moving to South Haven at the age of five. Pat married Nancy Lantto in 1979; they lived in Annandale, were blessed with 5 children, and were later divorced.

Pat lived a life filled with purpose and resilience. Having achieved 15 years of sobriety with Narcotics Anonymous, he exemplified the spirit of perseverance. He was known as a hardworking and dedicated man, driving buses, garbage trucks, dump trucks, cement mixers, and semi-trucks throughout his career. His craftsmanship emerged in his passion for woodworking, welding, and metal scraping, where he found joy in transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Above all, Papa Pat loved his role as a grandfather.

Pat had a deep love for animals and creatures, welcoming them into his life as beloved pets. His ability to connect with animals reflected his warm and caring spirit. It was Pat's desire to be remembered as "a pretty good guy".

Pat is survived by his four children, Tanya (Jarett) Lieser of Indian Land, SC, Ann (Christopher) Robasse-Aydt of Watkins, Samuel (Amanda) Robasse of South Haven, and Shay (Travis) Carlson of Truman; grandchildren, Sabrina Robasse, Spencer LaSota, Payton Lieser, Meagan Lieser, Naudia Robasse, Charles Aydt, Gavin (Kayte) Robasse, Jordan Robasse, Lillian Robasse, Jayson Carlson, and Reese Carlson; great-grandchild, Roman Robasse; ex-wife, Nancy Rome; sisters, Barb Desmarais, Karen Andreas, and Mary (Doug) Jones; brothers, Steve and David (Linda) Robasse; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Georgiana; daughter, Robin; brothers, Ernie, John, Roy, Bill, Dick, and Art Robasse; and sisters, Dorothy Ramthun and Delores O'Flanagan.

Pat's family will serve as urn bearers. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial and Cremation Services of Annandale.
