Patricia T. Saksa, age 64, of Annandale died Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the Parkview Care Center in Buffalo.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church with Fr. Victor Valencia as the Celebrant.  Friends may call from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial will held at a later date at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Patricia Theresa Saksa was born July 7, 1948 in St. Cloud to Awalt and Theresa (McAlpine) Freiberg.  She graduated from Annandale High School and she furthered her education at the St. Cloud Beauty College.  Patty worked as a beautician for many years, most of them at French Flair in Annandale.  On February 14, 1988, she was united in marriage to Duane Saksa at St. John's Lutheran Church in Annandale.

Patty volunteered at Guardian Angels Hospice in St. Cloud and Monticello and was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church.  She enjoyed square dancing, fishing, gardening, cooking, playing cards with her mother, doing water aerobics, traveling, singing karaoke and celebrating.  She loved her coffee time with friends and especially loved her time with the grandkids.

Patty is survived by her husband Duane; children Marlo Neumann of Sartell, Rita Rohde of Buffalo, Molly (Rodney) Krueger of South Haven; Sam (Lee) Wurzburger of St. Cloud and Walter Wurzburger of Maple Lake; step children Michele (Pat) Siebenaler of Bloomington and Harold (Christine) Saksa of Maple Grove; sisters and brothers Mary Bouchard of Blaine, Walt Freiberg of Paynesville, Sheila Carlson of Annandale, Pat (Denise) Freiberg of Annandale, Mike (Rosie) Freiberg of Moose Lake, Lee (Bryon) Freiberg of Annandale, Doris (John) Kroll of Monticello, Norah (Paul) Poepping of Annandale, Al (Mari) Freiberg of Big Lake and Adam (Lisa) Freiberg of Ostego; 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents Awalt and Theresa Freiberg; brothers Richard and Milo Freiberg; sister Dorothy Muller; and brothers-in-law Dude Bouchard and John Muller.

Pallbearers will be Mary Bouchard, Sheila Carlson, Doris Kroll, Norah Poepping, Julie Carlson South and Ashley Carlson.  Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren Megan, Mallory and Milo Neumann, Walter and Madi Rohde, Allen and Ben Middendorf, Charlie, Austin and Jason Wurzburger, Samantha Cloutier, Gabbie and Tessie Lucas, Emily and Erin Siebenaler, Emma and Evan Saksa.  Pat Freiberg, Holly Camenski and the St. Ignatius Music Ministry will provide the music for the service.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
