Myrna M. Bollman, age 86, of Kimball died Friday, May 3, 2013 at the Heritage House of Kimball.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Kimball with Rev. Dave Milz officiating. Burial will be at the Ronneby Riverside Cemetery, Ronneby. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Kimball and at the church one hour prior to services.
Myrna Mae Bollman was born November 13, 1926 in Minneapolis to Alfred and Emma (Carlson) Peterson. She married Charles Bollman on May 27, 1975 and he preceded her in death on January 15, 1997. For over 20 years along with Charlie she owned and operated C & M Country Cafe in Annandale. She was a member of the Kimball American Legion Post 261 Auxiliary and she enjoyed playing bingo, watching The Young & The Restless, and the Restaurant.
She is survived by children David ( Delia) Sliter of St. Paul, Jeffrey Sliter of Minneapolis, Lee Ann (Wendell) Richards of Glencoe, Michael (Tina) Sliter of Clearwater, sister Violet (Walter) Baker of Summersville, MO, 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles, daughter Jacqueline Hamilton, sons Ted & Stephen Sliter, one grandson and one granddaughter.
The pallbearers will be Shawn & Scott May, Paul Heid, Wendy VanVleet, Amanda Isensee, and Ben Konz . The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Kimball.
