Michael James Sahli was born November 29, 1956, in Aberdeen, South Dakota to James and Otillia "Tillie" (Malsam) Sahli. Mike spent his early years in Aberdeen before moving to Minnetonka at age 11. There he attended Minnetonka High School, laying the foundation for a life dedicated to hard work and family. In 1979, he married the love of his life, Janet Hall in a ceremony in Chanhassen.
