Marie A. Loch, age 85, of Kimball died Monday, October 1, 2007 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 5, 2007 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Kimball with Fr. Jerry Nordick officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anne's Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Kimball and after 9 a.m. Friday at the Church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Thursday.
Marie Anna Loch was born September 1, 1922 at Eden Valley to William 'Roy' and Anna (Lehnen) Driver. She married Daniel J. Loch June 2, 1943 in St. Cloud and he preceded her in death on October 23, 1976; together they farmed in Maine Prairie Township, Stearns County. Marie was a homemaker and a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, American Legion Post #261 Auxiliary and Royal Neighbors of America. She enjoyed reading, card playing, her boys and her grandchildren.
She is survived by sons, John (Jack) & his wife, Carol of St. Cloud, Michael & his wife Sherry of Kimball, Stephen & his wife Pamela of St. Augusta, Gregory & his friend Joni of Luxemburg; sisters, Elaine Weber of Paynesville, Clara (Norbert) Schueller of Richmond, Marcella (Benny) Lang of Richmond; 8 grandchildren, Becky (Jay), James (Kim), Chad (Jeanne), Kyle (Talia), Dan (Stephanie), Nick, Kelly, Heidi; 7 great grandchildren, Krista, Matthew, Maleah, Gavin, Garrett, Kayla, and Savannah. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Kenneth; brother, Melvin Driver; and sister, Lucille Mackedanz.
The pallbearers will be Kyle, Dan, Nic, Chad, & James Loch, and Jay Hilley. The music for the service will be provided by St. Anne's Choir with Frosty Schiefelbein, organist. The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Kimball.
