Lorraine A. Ogg, age 88, of Annandale formerly of St. Paul, died Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Park Place Cottage of Centennial Villa Assisted Living, Annandale.

Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2013 meeting in Assembly Area 1 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.

Lorraine Agnes Ogg was born November 8, 1924 in St. Paul to Fred and Rose (Kritz) Slipka.  She worked as a waitress for several bars and restaurants in the St. Paul area and since 2007 has lived in Annandale.

She is survived by her six children Sonny (Diane) Hammond of Alexandria, Tina Griffin of Caledonia, Dennis (Connie) Hammond of Port Isabel, TX, Robin (Frank) Velasquez of South Haven, Patricia Harris of IL, Jay (Judy) Hammond of St. Paul, brother Thomas Slipka of Turtle Lake, WI, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Jean H. Ogg on August 18, 2002; also 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
