Lois N. Skramstad, age 81, of Annandale died Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the Monticello Care Center.

Memorial Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Pastor Ruth Hograbe officiating.  Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Annandale.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorials are preferred to the Humane Society of Wright County.

Lois Naomi Skramstad was born April 22, 1935 in Hibbing to Martin and Alvira (Pearson) Boldt.  She belonged to the Civil Air Patrol from 1949-1951 and graduated from Hibbing High School with the Class of 1954.  On August 7, 1976, Lois was united in marriage to Dale Skramstad in Minneapolis.  Lois and Dale had many dogs, cats, parakeets and finches over the years.  Lois was a member of the Minnesota Historical Society, Cooking Club of America and a life member of the National Home and Garden Club.  She enjoyed collecting dolls, hard cover books, wolf and Indian pictures and plates.  Lois loved to go to garage sales, auctions and flea markets.

Lois is survived by her children Linda (Bruce) Petersen of Annandale, Martin Sager of Crystal and Susan Sager (Gary) of Burnsville; grandchildren Laura, Jeffery, Genie, Christina, Jeremy and Justin; great grandchildren Joey, Stephen, Luke and Max; sister Faith (Louis) Sigourney of Branson, MO; and many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents Alvira and Martin Boldt; husband Dale Skramstad; brothers Guy, Adrian, Basil, Glynn and Clair Boldt; and sisters Joyce Knight and Freda Sanders.

The urnbearers will be Michael VanKleeck, Steven VanKleeck, Jeff Petersen and Luke Petersen.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
