Obituary
Kurt W. McClanahan, age 19, of Annandale died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 in Annandale.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Annandale with Rev. Ali Boomershine officiating. Burial will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and at the Church one hour prior to services. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Monday.
Kurt William McClanahan was born January 3, 1993 in Buffalo and attended Maple Lake Schools. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and enjoyed playing sports, frisbee golf, skateboarding, and spending time with family & friends.
He is survived by his mother & step-father Krista & Justin Jackson of Annandale, sister Alexus Jackson of Annandale, grandparents Leo & Teresa McClanahan of Annandale, James Jackson Sr of Annandale, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends. He is preceded him in death by his grandmother Barbara Jackson and great grandparents.
The pallbearers will be Nathan, Tommy, & Randy McClanahan, Keith Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, and Zach Vannedt. The organist will be Orma Lou Jacobsma and the arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
