Kim O'Keefe, age 52, of Fairhaven, died June 25, 2012 at her home.

A memorial service will be held from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, July 1, at her mother's home in South Haven.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care, Annandale.

Kim Elaine O'Keefe was born April 4, 1960 to Thomas and Clara (Maurer) Flanagan. She married John "Jack" O'Keefe Feb 14, 1981 at St. Jules Catholic Church in Lafayette, LA. Two years later, they had their only child.

Kim was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She always had a friendly ear and a hug for anyone who might need them. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards and dice, taking long drives, working with her animals, and spending time with family and friends.

Kim is survived by her daughter Christina O'Keefe of St. Cloud, mother Clara Flanagan of South Haven, sister Cheryl (Bob) Hennig of Red Cloud, NE, two nieces, and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents, and husband.
