June C. Marquardt, age 51, of Fair Haven and formerly of Annandale, died Saturday morning, March 26, at her home.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Zion United Methodist Church in South Haven with Rev. Luke Nelson officiating. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the service, Thursday, at the church. A prayer service will be held 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home in Annandale.  Memorials are preferred to the family.

June Corrine Marquardt was born February 16, 1960 in St. Paul to Gerald and June (Peterson) Romanik. She grew up in Oakdale and was a 1978 graduate of Tartan High School in Oakdale. On March 2, 1985, June was united in marriage to Larry L. Marquardt at Christ United Methodist Church in Oakdale. She worked for the last 21 years as an Emergency Room Technician at the Buffalo Hospital. June enjoyed reading, boating and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Larry of Fair Haven; five children, Sarah (Shane) Patch of Annandale, Brent Romanik of New Castle, DE, Amber Marquardt of Bloomington, Nathan (Jenny) Marquardt of Kimball and Tony Marquardt of Fair Haven; four grandchildren, Hanah Romanik, Cooper, Cole and Brodye Patch; mother, June (Leon) Nesvacil of Hugo; and three brothers, John (Cindy) Romanik of Maplewood, Jim (Paula) Romanik of North St. Paul and Joe Romanik of North St. Paul. She is preceded in death by her father, Jerry; and granddaughter, Anna Maria Patch.
