Obituary
June H. Mattila, age 81 of Annandale died Wednesday, May 14, 2008.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale. Rev. James Brown will officiate and burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, Saturday at the funeral home.
June Hannah Elizabeth Mattila was born June 13, 1926 in Annandale to Victor and Matilda (Johnson) Brown. She married Reuben M. Mattila on November 21, 1948 and he preceded her in death on May 23, 1991. June enjoyed visiting, fishing, hunting and gardening.
She is survived by her children, Floyd of Fairhaven, Allan (Carol) of Annandale, Diane (Randy) Pritchard of South Haven, Steven of Annandale and Gaylan (Debbie) of Willmar; sister, Rose Johnson of Annandale; brother, Rev. James (Irene) Brown of Motley; sister-in-law, Vernis Brown of Edgemont, SD; 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter-in-law, Mary Lou Mattila; brother, Rev. Roy Brown; and brother-in-law, Harry Johnson.
Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Annandale.
