Obituary
Joyce E. Gamble, age 83, of Annandale died Friday, May 16, 2003 at the Annandale Care Center.
Memorial Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 19, 2003 at the Annandale Care Center Chapel with Rev. Gary Partridge officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Inurnment will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Monticello.
Joyce Evelyn Gamble was born January 27, 1920 in Pine Island, MN to Henry and Jane (Conover) Elias and graduated from Pine Island High School in 1939. On November 18, 1940 she married Clifford Skogman and they later divorced. On September 4, 1954 she married Hubert A. Gamble and he preceded her in death on February 24, 1996. She moved from Blaine to Silver Creek in 1954 and then later to Annandale. Joyce was a homemaker and enjoyed bowling, gardening, snowmobiling, and card playing.
She is survived by her daughter, Jeannie Halloway & her husband, Steve of Glendale, AZ; and her two step daughters, Arvis Dahlgren of Modesto, CA, Sharon Nelson of Blaine; 5 step grandchildren; and 6 step great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her two husbands; sister, Helen Moyer; brother, James Elias; and step brother, William Elias.
Arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
