Dr. John A. Muller, age 66, of St. Cloud died Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at his residence surrounded by his family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 11, 2008 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Annandale with Fr. Victor Valencia officiating. Burial will follow in St. Timothy's Catholic Cemetery, Maple Lake. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Friday.
John Alexander Muller was born November 17, 1941 in St. Cloud to Robert M. and Irene C. (Schad) Muller. He grew up in Annandale graduating from Annandale High School and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1967. He was a Dentist as a member of the U.S. Air Force and then in the St. Cloud area for 40 years. He treasured the outdoors, music, and humor. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. John will be remembered for his generous heart, sense of humor, memorable adventures, and love for others. He will be missed by his family and all who had the pleasure of making his acquaintance.
Survived by wife Marie Muller of St. Cloud; children & their spouses, Judy Zlock of Minneapolis, Mark & Sue Muller of St. Cloud, Tricia Muller of Maple Lake, John & Rhonda Muller of St. Cloud, Jim Wills of Sartell, Sarah Muller of Dillon, CO, Angela & Jonathan van der Walt of Denver, CO, Christopher Muller of Tokyo, Japan, Melissa Wills of St. Cloud; brothers, Mike of Maple Lake, Bob (Carol) Muller of Annandale; 11 grandchildren, Stephanie, Tiffany, Dustin, Miranda, Tonya, Bobby, Rochelle, Dorothy, Luke, Isaac, and Johnny. Preceded in death by wife Dorothy (Freiberg) Muller, parents, sister Mary Muller, and sister in law, Jane Muller.
The pallbearers will be Mark, John, Dustin, & Lucas Muller, Robert Zlock, and James Wills. The honorary pallbearers will be Tiffany, Tonya, & Isaac Zlock, Stephanie, Rochelle, Miranda, Dorothy & Johnny Muller. The music for the service will be provided by Pat Freiberg and the St. Ignatius Guitar Group. The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
