Obituary
Jean C. Glubke, age 78, of 1784 Donnelly Drive NW, Buffalo, formerly of Watkins and Hopkins died Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at the Annandale Care Center.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 27, 2004 at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, Maple Lake with Fr. Mark Huberty officiating. Sarah Goelz will provide the music. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church.
Jean Carol Glubke was born April 19, 1926 in Cottage Grove to Myron and Virginia (Ming) Beers. She married Howard Glubke on May 17, 1947 in Hopkins and they lived in Hopkins and Watkins prior to moving to Buffalo in 1993. Jean worked in retail accounting for Super Valu in Hopkins for over 20 years, retiring in 1988. She was a member of St, Timothy's Church.
She is survived by her husband, Howard of Buffalo; 2 children, Ginny Burnett & her husband, Kerry of Minnetonka, David Glubke of Buffalo; 2 grandchildren, Susan Snyder & her husband, Dylan of Maple Grove, Thomas Coon of Dalesville, AL; brother, Philip Beers of Blaine, sisters, Phoebe Stangle & her husband, Don of Watkins, and Hazel Walden of Marshall. Her sister, Lois Walden preceded her in death.
The arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Maple Lake.
