Obituary

James D. O'Donnell, age 70 of Annandale, formerly of Maple Lake died Friday, July 3, 2009 at his home.

Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. Pastor Steven King will officiate and burial will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Wednesday at the funeral home.

James David O'Donnell was born August 12, 1938 in Minneapolis to John and Signe (Johnson) O'Donnell. He served his country with the Air Force during the Korean War. He had a knack with people, volunteered for Wright County Human Services, was active in A.A., and enjoyed woodworking and computers.

He is survived by his sons, Eric O'Donnell (fiancAC., Jamie Rodewold) and Timothy McDonald; step children, Danette Binger, Diane (David) Pautzke, Dale (Cindy) Binger, Jeffrey Binger and Denise (Tom) Ost; sister, Mary Axtman; and 16 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Kenneth O'Donnell and Robert Wells.

Pallbearers will be Kent Lundberg, Andrew Geyen, Nickolas Pautzke, Jeffrey Binger, Dale Binger and David Pautzke. Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Maple Lake.
