Obituary
Mrs. Ida M. Lantto, age 94, of 12067 Co Rd 37 NW, Annandale died Monday, February 21, 2005 at the Buffalo Hospital.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 24, 2005 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, French Lake with Rev. Edward Groop officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, French Lake. Friends may call one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church.
Ida Mary Lantto was born November 18, 1910 in French Lake Township, Wright County to Jake and Minnie (Runbeck) Hillstrom. She married Elmer J. Lantto June 10, 1933 and he preceded her in death October 31, 1983. Ida was a lifetime resident of French Lake Township where she was homemaker and also farmed with her husband. She was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, French Lake.
She is survived by 5 children and their spouses, John (Florence) of South Haven, Myrtle Bailey of Annandale, Alice (Dale) Weese of Buffalo, Agnes Gunnerson of Annandale, and James (Janet) of Annandale; 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and a great great granddaughter. Her husband; 4 brothers; and 3 sisters preceded her in death.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Gunnerson, Bradley Lantto, David Miller, Steven Weese, Randy Lantto, Kenneth Lantto, and John Saari. Music for the service provided by Margaret Groop.
Arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral care, Annandale.
