Obituary



Mrs. Helen E. Bohrer, age 91, of Mendota Heights died Friday, March 10, 2006 at Park View Care Center, Buffalo where she has been a resident the past 5 years.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 16, 2006 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake with Pastor Highland Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the funeral on Thursday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake.

Helen Eunice Bohrer was born June 16, 1914 in Glencoe to John F. and Eva M. (Barnum) Krueger. She married Edward S. `Bud` Bohrer on August 2, 1947 in Stillwater and he preceded her in death December 19, 1979. Helen was a homemaker and lived in Mendota Heights for 50 years. She has lived in Wright County the past 8 years. She loved her family, music, singing, and dancing.

Helen is survived by a son and daughter, Ed (Julie) of Monticello, and Patricia Grabowski of Inver Grove Heights; sisters, Gertrude Walker of Columbia, MD, and Florence Erickson of Glencoe; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Sisters and brother, Linnie Marsh, Doris Jungclaus, Phyllis Lindhal, and Fred Krueger, preceded her in death.

Pallbearers will be Gary & Jocelyn Borst, Blake, Paige & Britinie Borst, Bobby & Jenny Bohrer, and Danielle Dahlheimer.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care, Maple Lake.
