Geraldine "Gerry" M. Romann, age 85, of Annandale passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. A private Celebration of Life honoring Gerry will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Pleasant View Cemetery, Annandale. Geraldine Marie was born on June 18, 1934 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Roy and Ann (Korogi) Schwartz. She grew up in Anoka and attended Anoka High School. On March 7, 1953 Gerry was united in marriage to Lowell Romann in Iowa. During the early years of their marriage, they lived in New Hope, Minnesota and later moved to Maple Lake, Minnesota. Gerry loves the Lord with all her heart and she loved to gently share her faith with others. She also enjoyed being a host, attending bible studies, and doing missionary work in Haiti. She also loved taking trips with her family and attending family events. Gerry is survived by her children, Lauretta (Richard) Hefley of Merritt Island, FL, Robert Romann of Prior Lake, Nancy Romann (Scott Seemann) of Crystal, Christine (Daniel) Fouquette of Maple Lake, Russell Romann, Gail Klinkner (Kevin Robasse), and Teri (Ronald) Berry of Annandale; brother, Ray (Tiny) Schwartz; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lowell Romann.
