Mrs. Frances R. Neutz, age 89, of Maple Lake died Friday, October 31, 2003 at Talahi Care Center, St. Cloud where she has been a resident the past four years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at St. Timothy`s Catholic Church, Maple Lake with Fr. Mark Huberty officiating. Burial will follow in St. Timothy`s East Maple Lake Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. Parish prayers will be 7 p.m. and Society of Foresters Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Frances Rose Neutz was born September 4, 1914 at Maple Lake to Edward and Mary (Vorachek) Novotny. She married Maurice A. Neutz on June 14, 1941 at Maple Lake and he preceded her in death on August 9, 1999. She was a homemaker and member of St. Timothy`s Church, National Catholic Society of Foresters, and Council of Catholic Women. She enjoyed reading, cooking, and caring for her flowers.
She is survived by her two sons and their wives, Lyle & Sue of Annandale, Gary & Jean of Maple Lake, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Her husband, brother, Gilbert Novotny, and sister, Charlotte Garman preceded her in death.
The pallbearers will be Michael, Jason, Steven, Joylyn, & Katie Neutz, and Todd Firenz. Music for the service will be provided by St. Timothy`s Resurrection Choir with Marge Pavlik, organist.
