Frances B. Vargo, age 94, of Annandale died Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the Annandale Care Center.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Annandale with Fr. Victor Valencia as the Celebrant.  Burial will follow at St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery.  Friends may call from 5-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Dingmann Funeral Care chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the service, Thursday, at the church.  Parish prayers will be 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel.

Frances Barbara Vargo was born September 9, 1919 in Minneapolis to Andrew & Angela Bednark.  On August 24, 1940, she was united in marriage to Stephen J. Vargo in Minneapolis.  Frances worked for 28 years as an assembler for Honeywell.

She is survived by her three sons Leonard of Annandale, Ronald (Andrea) of Cokato and James (Deborah) of Minneapolis; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband Stephen; brothers Joe, Chester and Adolph Bednark; and sisters Bernice Heggen and Gladys Gryniewski.

The pallbearers will be Daniel, Christopher, Brian, Martin, Timothy and Keith Vargo and David Priez.  Music will be provided by the St. Ignatius Music Ministry.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
