Elizabeth Ann Yonke, age 72, of Corpus Christi, TX and Fairhaven, MN, died Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at her home on Lake Marie in Fairhaven Township. No formal services will be held. Elizabeth was born June 22, 1948 in Duluth, MN to George and Virginia (Hayes) Dunleavy. She grew up in Duluth graduating from Stanbrook High School and the University of Minnesota Duluth. On June 19, 1970, Beth was united in marriage to David Yonke. She worked as a middle school teacher in numerous districts. Beth enjoyed golfing and bird watching. She is survived by her husband, David; children, Alec Yonke of New Hope, Sarah (Jon) Rice of Denver, CO and Scott Yonke of Minneapolis; grandchild, Vaughan Rice; and sisters, Pat Malinowski of Hopkins and Denise (William) Delboy of Beaumont, TX.
