Earl G. Holgerson, age 84, of Odessa, died Friday, May 26, 2017 in South Haven.

Graveside services will be held 2:30 pm Monday, June 5, 2017 at Mound Cemetery in Ortonville, Minnesota. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.

Earl Gerry Holgerson was born January 6, 1933 in Odessa, Minnesota to George and Erna (Wenzel) Holgerson. He lived his entire life living and farming in Odessa at the family farm. Earl served as a supervisor on the Odessa Township Board for many years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran church in Odessa. Earl enjoyed farming and spending time outdoors.

He is survived by his niece Shirley Carpenter, nephew John Carpenter and brother-in-law Tom Carpenter, all of South Haven. Earl is preceded in death by his parents George and Erna Holgerson and sister Gail Carpenter.
