Obituary
Mrs. Doris R. Spindler, age 76, of 11283 Kimball Ave. NW, Annandale died Sunday at her home on Bass Lake.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2004 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Rev. William Goddard officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment will be in St. Mark's Episcopal Cemetery, Annandale. Memorials are preferred to Friendship Ventures, 10509 108th St. NW, Annandale 55302.
Doris Rae Spindler was born April 21, 1927 in St. Paul to Ray and Espe (Espeseth) Cummins. She married Peter G. Spindler on September 8, 1948 in St. Paul. She has lived the past 24 years at Annandale, previously living in Edina. She was a homemaker, member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, former board member of Camp Friendship, and past president of the Annandale Improvement Club. She loved her family, her home on Bass Lake, fishing, and her dog, Nugget.
She is survived by her husband, Peter of Annandale; son, Jeff & his wife, Jane of Plymouth; daughter, Catherine Russell & her husband, Dan of St. Cloud; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Andrew, Elliot, and Marissa; also many nieces and nephews.
