Dolores E. Kallunki, age 86, of Annandale died Friday, April 11, 2014 at her home.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in French Lake with Rev. Edward Groop officiating.  Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery near French Lake.  Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church.  A prayer service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.

Dolores Evelyn Kallunki was born April 29, 1927 to Edward and Gladys (Bjurstrom) Hanson in Minneapolis.  She grew up in Annandale and graduated from Annandale High School with the Class of 1945.  On June 29, 1946, Dolores was united in marriage to Roland "Butch" Kallunki at St. John's Lutheran Church in Annandale.  Over the years, she has worked at the Rockford Bakery, West Albion Creamery, Camp Courage, Annandale Schools Cafeteria and she cleaned houses.  Dolores was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in French Lake; she has served as a Sunday School Teacher, Deaconess and also served on the Church Board.  Dolores enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting, singing, doing crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children Jeff of Annandale; Cheryl (Arley) Hartsoch of Ray, ND, Tim (Shirley) of Rathdrum, ID, Les (Carol) of Clearwater, Lori (Doug DeZiel) of Annandale, Jay (Angie) of Annandale and Rhonda (Russ) Christinsen of South Haven; sister Gloria Raisanen of Buffalo; 15 grandchildren Brent, Daniel and Erik Hartsoch, Sara Peterson, Garrett, Owen, Briita and Paige Kallunki, Katie Linder, Kasey Laney, Whitney and Paige Danielson, Sydney Delp, Jenna and Chloe Christinsen; and 10 great grandchildren Sam, Graham, Ben, Jake, Collin, Katie, James, Easton, Piper and Rylee.  She is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Gladys Hanson; husband Butch Kallunki; and brother Edward Hanson.

Pallbearers will be Josh Laney, Josh Linder, Marty McClanahan, Dave Connelly, Erik Hartsoch, Daniel Hartsoch and Brent Hartsoch.  Margaret Groop and Bev Sorensen will provide the music for the service.  Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
