David D. Roth, age 53, died Sunday, August 10, 2008 at his home in Lakeville.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13 at the White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville. Visitation will also be from 9:30-11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at the Church of St. Ignatius, Annandale.

David Dean Roth was born October 17, 1954 in Rochester to William P. and M. Jeanne (McManimon) Roth. He was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church where he was an Altar Server and was a 1973 graduate of Annandale High School. He married Julie Hausken on September 25, 1981 and they later were divorced. David was employed the past 30 years by Commercial Asphalt Company of Burnsville where he currently was the Plant Manager. He was a member of Union Local #49 and All Saints Catholic Church, Lakeville. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, horseshoes, bocce ball, billiards, and music.

He is survived by his children, David W. of Eagan, Daniel of Eagan, Meghan of Duluth; special friend, Jenni Caron of Faribault; parents, William & Jeanne Roth of Annandale; sisters & brother, Kathleen & Mike Jasper of Grand Rapids, Greg & Audrey Roth of Annandale, Suzanne & Pat McArdle of Scandia, Gretchen & John Kittok of Annandale, Jennifer & Tab Ashwill of Annandale; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The pallbearers will be Greg Roth, John Kittok, Pat McArdle, Jim Paul, Tony Mackenroth, and Mike Cysiewski. The honorary pallbearers will be Mike Jasper & Tab Ashwill and the music for the service will be provided by the St. Ignatius Guitar Group. The arrangements were by White Funeral Home of Lakeville and Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
