Daryk L. Schauer, age 27, of Annandale died Sunday, April 26, 2009 at his home.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2009 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Annandale. Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, French Lake Township, Wright County. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to services at the Church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Daryk Louis Schauer was born June 15, 1981 in St. Cloud to Daryl & Debbie (Nolan) Schauer. He attended Annandale Schools and received a degree in Digital Electronics from Brown Institute. He married Lucy Ruth Guity on March 4, 2004 in Belize City, Belize, Central America. Daryk was a dry wall finisher for RTL Construction, Shakopee and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. He enjoyed his cat, salt water aquarium, fishing, visiting Belize, and being with family & friends.
He is survived by his wife Lucy, parents Daryl & Debbie Schauer, sisters Darci (Brent) Hartwig & Darice, grandparents Floyd & Delores Nolan, nephews Gavyn, Garrett & Gage Hartwig, all of Annandale, father & mother in law Manuel & Elsa Velasquez of San Pedro, Belize, 5 sisters in law, 2 brothers in law, and 7 other nephews & nieces.
The pallbearers will be Ryan Hill, James Miceli, Joe Connelly, Ty Schmatz, Josh Rosten, Scott Snabb and Mark Lantto. The organist will be Orma Lou Jacobsma and the arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
