Charles "Chuck" Robert Carlson, age 59, of Annandale, Minnesota, passed away at his home under the care of St. Croix Hospice and his family.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Annandale. Burial will follow at North Corinna Cemetery. Pastor Todd Nelson will officate at the church and Brent Stromme will officiate at the cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Annandale and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the Church.

Chuck was born on June 13, 1967, at the St. Cloud Hospital to David and Rosemary (Gall) Carlson. He graduated from Annandale High School with the Class of 1985 and lived the rest of his life in the Annandale area.

Chuck married Melinda Midas on February 23, 2024, at Lake Union Church. Together, they built an adventurous life, often taking trips on their Harley. Chuck spent a lot of time outdoors, especially snowmobiling, motocross, hunting, and fishing. Friends and family often described him as "full of life," known for his generous heart and love of a good time.

Chuck founded Concept PHC, a business he owned and operated for 28 years. He served on the Corinna Township Board for many years, dedicating his time to the improvement of the community. He was also a member at St. John's Lutheran Church in Annandale.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Melinda; step-daughters, Macenzie (Robert) Martin and Mackayla Midas; step-grandchild, Hannah Hoaglan; brother, Doug (Mandy) Carlson of Savage; niece and nephew, Eric and Emma Carlson; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Aaron Reznechek, Roger Smoley, Eric Carlson, Steve Hanson, Rick Hirung, and Robert Martin will serve as casket bearers. Pat Nelsen will provide the music for the service. Arrangements entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care Burial and Cremation Services.
