Brea Marie Nagengast, age 19, of Maple Lake died Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at Mercy Hospital, Coon Rapids.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 19, 2004 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Annandale. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery, New Ulm. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. There will be a prayer service 8 p.m. Friday. Memorials are preferred.
Brea Marie Nagengast was born April 4, 1985 in Colorado Springs, CO to Raymond and Mary (Domeier) Nagengast. She lived in Maple Lake and attended Maple Lake Public Schools from 1994-2003 when her health did not allow her to continue. Brea enjoyed writing & publishing poetry, volunteered at the Crossroads Pet Shelter, and was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
She is survived by her parents, Ray & Mary of Maple Lake; sister, Amy Spude & her husband, Greg of Sartell; brother, Ryan of Maple Lake; special friend, Kevin Yamagiwa of Maple Lake; grandparents, Kurt & Evelyn Domeier of New Ulm; great grandmother, Rose Nagengast of Fort Benton, MT; also many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Martin J. & Bea Nagengast and an uncle, Edward.
The pallbearers will be Bill & Joe Nagengast, Joe & Tony Domeier, Liza Macho, and Charlie Tucker. The St. Ignatius Guitar Group will provide the music for the service.
