Beverly J. Paumen, age 84, of Maple Lake died Thursday, January 1, 2009 at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2009 at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, Maple Lake with Fr. Michael Izen officiating. Burial will follow in St. Timothy's Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Sunday.
Beverly Jean Paumen was born to Anthony and Agnes (Ducart) Dearing on September 20, 1924 at Annandale. She married Clifford Lewis Paumen on July 23, 1946 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Annandale. Besides farming with her husband, Bev worked at Northwestern Bell Telephone, Carlson Dolls, and Bernatello's Pizza. She was a member of St. Timothy's Church and Lady Foresters. She enjoyed dancing, crocheting, quilting, and playing cards.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford of Maple Lake; six children & their spouses, Ron & Pam of Clarion, IA, Carol & Lint Edgerly of Sartell, Sharon & Steve Held of Sartell, Donna & Craig Morningstar of Annandale, Bruce & Charmayne of Glenwood, Howard & Marilyn of Buffalo; six sisters & their husbands, Phyllis Trewick of Annandale, Shirley McAlpine of Maple Lake, Patricia & George Nothnagel of Maple Lake, Arlene & Danny Tormanen of Minneapolis, Virginia & James Marohn of Annandale, Jean & Jack Hutchinson of Buffalo; 15 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 7 step great grandchildren.
The pallbearers will be grandchildren, Curt & Justin Paumen, Lisa Schlough, Scott Held, Travis Morningstar, and Melanie Hegle. St. Timothy's Resurrection Choir with Marge Pavlik, organist will provide the music for the service. The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Maple Lake.
