Betty `Nana` Muncy, age 74, of 1964 Donnelly Drive NW, Buffalo died Saturday, August 13, 2005 at her home of the past 17 years on Maple Lake.
Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake with Rev. Peter J. Martinson officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday. Memorials are preferred.
Betty Mae Muncy was born September 15, 1930 in Minneapolis to Ebbie and Marie (Lacount) Stevens. She married Robert V. Muncy on December 25, 1947 and was a homemaker. Betty was a member of the Maple Lake VFW Post #7664 Auxiliary and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert V.; children & their spouses, Butch & Vicki of Big Lake, Debbie of Buffalo, Danny of Buffalo, Jackie of Buffalo, Bonnie & Orlan Merry of Big Lake, Lori Muncy & Dennis Westerhouse of Big Lake; 5 sisters, Beverly Johnston of Columbia Heights, Juanita Nelson of Tennesee, Carol Geretschlager of Fridley, Judy Reynolds of Minneapolis, Sandy Ptunum of Ham Lake; grandchildren, Jodi, DeeDee, Juli, Butchie, Candi (Jared), Tammy (Jon), Kristina (Nick), Tabatha, Tommy; great grandchildren, Makayla, Shyan, Jayda, Damen, Brandon, Dawson, Devon; and special friend, Robert `Kalbie` Talbot.
