Anna Jeanne Flatten, age 92, of Annandale, MN, formerly of Edina and St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully of natural causes. Having been born in Beaver Creek, MN, Anna Jeanne graduated from Renville High School in 1947. Preceded in death by parents, Mary Jo Holbert and Norman Brown Duckstad, and brother Paul Duckstad. Survived by sister, Norma O'Connor; brother, Jon (Coco) Duckstad; children, Paul "Cork" (Cindy) Flatten, Peter Flatten, Mary (Terry) Holmes, Sarah (Mark) Brandner, and Elizabeth Flatten; grandchildren, Peter John (Jaclyn) Flatten, Jessica and Sean Brandner; and nieces, nephews, and other family members. Anna Jeanne was a fond lover and believer in and of family, friends, and animals, and will be missed for her being a proud Norwegian, a follower of the St. Olaf College Christmas concerts, and, of course, her opinions. A Celebration of Life to honor Anna will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 4, 2022 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale.
